6 Free E-commerce Email Templates, Tested in 21 Clients

E-commerce mail is built from repeating rows: line items, product grids, order summaries. The structure has to survive being duplicated with real data in it, so these templates hold their grid in table cells rather than in CSS that a desktop client will discard.

Repeating rows are where these fail

Best of these 6 scores 94 out of 100 across 21 clients, and all of them bottom out in Outlook Classic at 70. Last verified against engine data from that date.

These templates are built to be duplicated: a line item, a product card, an order row, repeated with real data. That makes them the most likely in the gallery to be edited structurally rather than cosmetically, and structural edits are where the table scaffolding gets replaced with divs. Duplicate an existing row instead of writing a new one and the padding that holds the grid comes with it.

Scores are computed by the Emailens engine from per-client support data derived from caniemail.com (MIT).
