Email spam checker

Paste your email HTML and get a content spam score in your browser — trigger words, all-caps ratio, image-to-text balance, a missing unsubscribe link or CAN-SPAM address, and weak links. Nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Why do my emails go to the spam folder?

Spam placement comes from two things: content signals (trigger words, all-caps, image-only layouts, missing unsubscribe) and authentication/reputation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending history). This tool scores the content half; authentication is checked in the deliverability tool.

What words trigger spam filters?

Classic high-risk phrases include 'free', 'act now', 'winner', '100%', 'risk-free', 'click here' and '$$$'. No single word sends you to spam, but stacking several alongside heavy capitalization and few words of real text raises the score quickly.

Is a low content score enough to reach the inbox?

No. Clean content helps, but deliverability also depends on authenticated DNS records and how the email renders. Run the full check to validate SPF/DKIM/DMARC and see the email across 15 clients.
